Soon after choosing our blue and yellow colour scheme, I began the hunt for Bridesmaid dresses. Since we’d settled on navy blue as the main colour and yellow as an accent, I loved the idea of the girls carrying bright yellow bouquets, held against a deep navy dress to make the flowers really *pop*. I found plenty of inspiration online, as well as finding a dress by Coast very early in the process  – which sister-MOH (BM J) tried on and I instantly fell in love with. It was a strapless maxi dress, in silk with a gorgeous chiffon overlay. Light and floaty, but long enough to be warm if the Spring weather turns cool. However, back at that point I hadn’t settled on a dress for myself, and wasn’t 100% sure the navy blue would still appeal as time went on – so I held off and decided to wait until later in the year to look more seriously.

About Me: I'm a born and bred Suffolk girl who loves glitter, inventing new words, going to the movies with my soon-to-be-hubby and am completely addicted to the Internet. I am highly skilled at making a mess, not so much at tidying up! I'm a detailed-obsessed craftaholic and can never seem to find enough hours in the day. In 2007 my Internet-addiction finally paid off in the form of my meeting the Mister; who accepts my inappropriate amount of crazy, and we've settled down together to plan our Spring wedding and take care of our two crazy kitties.
