Yes, yes, I know… our wedding is still over 150 days (20-odd weeks) away, but with such a long list of “things to make and do” I decided to bite the bullet and get this one out of the way early. Besides, it made a nice change from scrunching tissue paper for our centrepieces!
The cardbox has been one of those projects which I deliberated over; crossing back and forth between trendy ideas like bird cages and just a simple wooden box without any adornments. However, both these options come with a price tag, which I sadly just can’t justify right now. But just look how cute the ‘birdcage card box’ option can be!






Howdy folks, I know, long time no postie… I have an excuse honest! The Mister and I have been taking some well-deserved time off, my lovely folks took us away for a holiday in beautiful Yorkshire!

Besides gallivanting around the Dales National Park, and eating lots of cheese, I also made some progress on a few of the DIY projects for our reception.
