In the industry I work in, the ideal number of steps for a customer to complete a process is three. Most usually happen in four steps, but a “3 step process” is the holy grail. How is this in any way related to our wedding, you ask? Let me introduce you to MY 3 step process:

This is the Clinique 3 Step skincare program. I’ve never been much for ‘beauty regimes’, but it’s funny how knowing that you’re going to spend the day having your photograph taken and having people up-close-and-in-your-face can all of a sudden make you care about whether you have dry skin or visible pores! To be honest, I have always been much more of a soap-and-water, quick cleanse and slap on some cheap and cheerful moisturiser type of girl – I always get overwhelmed by the choice and the price of more ‘upmarket’ beauty products – but at the same time I’ve always been fascinated by the beauty counters in department stores; run by perfectly made-up girls with seemingly flawless skin… are they all models or does just being employed to work on one of those somehow initiate you into the secrets of How To Look Like A Model? Whose wedding is it anyway?

About Me: I'm a born and bred Suffolk girl who loves glitter, inventing new words, going to the movies with my soon-to-be-hubby and am completely addicted to the Internet. I am highly skilled at making a mess, not so much at tidying up! I'm a detailed-obsessed craftaholic and can never seem to find enough hours in the day. In 2007 my Internet-addiction finally paid off in the form of my meeting the Mister; who accepts my inappropriate amount of crazy, and we've settled down together to plan our Spring wedding and take care of our two crazy kitties.
