Alternative title: How we got engaged!
If you’re anything like me you probably love a good proposal story, so before we get any further into the grand details for our 2011 wedding here’s how it all came to be…
On Saturday 12th December 2009, I went out on the town with my girlfriends for a bit of pre-Christmas celebration (a bit premature perhaps but the Mister and I were leaving for Christmas with his family in Texas on the 23rd so this was the last opportunity!). People who know me will vouch for my attraction to pretty pretty shoes; but they will also tell you that I hate getting sore feet and many nights on the town have resulted in scenes like the one below.
